When will the gate open & close?
The gates open at 3pm on Friday 20th September and close at 10pm that night – no entry after that time until Saturday morning at 10am.
Gate times: Fri 3pm-10pm, Sat 10am-8pm. No entry on Sunday. Everyone must be off site by 3pm.
What time will the entertainment start and finish?
Friday 6pm – 2am, Saturday midday – 2am. No music on Sunday.
Can I put a tent up in the Live In Vehicle area?
Due to fire safety regulations tents cannot be erected next to vehicles. Awnings are allowed if they’re attached to caravans/camper vans. Please don’t bring large gazebos that take up space as the site is small and we want to make sure everyone has ample room to camp. The camp site and Live In Vehicle field are next to each other so you won’t be far from friends. You will be able visit each other too!

Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, due to the event being on active farmland we can not have any pets at the event. Please contact us if you have a guide dog.
What days can we camp at the Weekender?
The event opens at 3pm on Friday 20th September. Everyone holding a ticket is welcome to arrive on Friday afternoon from 3pm and stay on site until Sunday 22nd September until 3pm.
Can I bring a campervan or caravan?
Yes. There is a charge of £35 for any Live In Vehicles. Please buy your Live In Vehicle ticket in advance . We won’t have any for sale on the gate as we have sold out in advance. Please keep an eye on the social media pages for an resales of Live In Vehicle tickets.
Can I park my car for the weekend?
Yes you can park all weekend and the cost of parking is covered in your Weekender ticket.
We encourage car shares and using public transport where possible.
Can we bring booze?
It is fine to bring a few drinks into the camping area, but please don’t bring any glass bottles, these will be taken from you at the gate or you should transfer them to plastic bottles before you arrive.
We allow people to bring in alcohol for personal consumption in the camp sites so a reasonable amount is allowed. No alcohol can be brought into the main entertainment space from the camp sites so please bear this in mind.
Our bars are of a very high standard and reasonably priced so you shouldn’t need to bring much. Also, as we are a small event in our first year, we would appreciate ticket holders supporting us by buying from the bars rather than bringing their own. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO WIFI RESTRICTIONS ON SITE ALL BARS AND TRADERS ARE CASH ONLY. Please bring enough cash to cover you all weekend.
Will this event be suitable for my kids?
This is an over 18s event only so please leave the little ones at home.
What’s the deal with tickets on arrival and do I need ID?
You only need your unique e-ticket number or barcode at the gate, so print it off or bring it on your phone to show on the gate. If you are lucky enough to look younger than 25, you will need ID to be served at the bar. Don’t worry if you ticket doesn’t have your name on it, as long as it’s valid all we need is the barcode to scan on the gate.
Please don’t post pictures of your tickets on social media – people may be able to duplicate your ticket and it could mean you end up stuck outside the gates..
How do we get from the Train Station to the site?
There will be taxis running from the nearest station which is Polegate. It’s around 10 mins drive to the site and there will be a designated drop off point at the entrance. Information packs with local taxi numbers has been sent out so please refer to these. If you’ve not received your info pack, please email us.
Will you be releasing Set Times before the event?
Yes we will do closer to the event. The full line up is now on the website here.
How accessible is the site?
The site is on active farm land so the ground is fairly uneven in places. Please email with any queries about disability access – email@example.com
Will there be cash points on site?
No – due to WIFI issues, we are unable to provide cash points or card machines on site – all bars and traders are CASH ONLY.
